Project presentation: The project will contribute to the awareness of the potential of young social entrepreneurs by developing their capacity and by creating a favourable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship in Romania, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. During the 34 months of implementation, February 2020 – November 2022, the Foundation “Alături de Voi”, Romania, together with the 4 partners will carry out information, promotion, counselling and advocacy activities to achieve the purpose and objectives of the project.

Purpose: To support the development of social entrepreneurship among young people in Moldova and Ukraine, in their contribution to social cohesion, employment, inclusion and reduction of inequalities

Objectives:

• Awareness of at least 1,000,000 people in the Republic of Moldova, as well as in the Odessa and Chernivtsi Regions, Ukraine, on the impact of social entrepreneurship in the community and the contribution of social enterprises to youth involvement, reducing social disparities and creating inclusive jobs.
• Establishment of 4 social innovation laboratories in the Republic of Moldova and in Ukraine in order to provide specific information, strengthen professional capacity and develop start-ups in the field of social entrepreneurship.
• Incubation and development of 8 social enterprises of young people from the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine within the cross-border competition “Social Impact Award”.
• Development of a favorable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship in Moldova and Ukraine.
