Area of implementation: The implementation of the project took place in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine

The main goal of the project was to to promote multi-cultural diversity and social integrity of ethnical minorities in the Lower Danube area of Ukraine and Moldova.
Project objectives:
- to raise awareness of “food heritage” as a major aspect of cultural cohesion in the Lower Danube area of Ukraine and Moldova.
Project activities:
- documentation of local culinary traditions
- studying the history of regional cuisine
- general presentation of catering units and manufacturers of traditional products
- identifying chefs who preserve traditional culinary culture
- organizing traditional cuisine festivals
- development and promotion of gastronomic tourist routes
- conducting information seminars on issues related to culinary heritage

- Stakeholders informed about opportunities and requirements for developing food heritage catering
- Food heritage tour routes designed
- Food heritage heritage promoted
- Project visibility and communication with stakeholders and target groups achieved
