Our Activities

The overall objective of BRIGHT project is to empower public authorities from participating countries: Bulgaria, Moldova, Georgia and Turkey with the necessary skills and capacities to better planning, implementing and monitoring sustainable energy and climate policies through optimization of geographical and technical synergies and complementarity.

Project objective:
Increasing awareness regarding the importance of traditional heritage for the local economy and tourism and increasing the number of tourists in cross-border regions by promoting common cultural objectives.

Development of joint actions aimed at increasing public awareness regarding the conservation of biodiversity and green infrastructure in order to reduce all forms of pollution during the project implementation period.

NOVA-CROSS is a collaborative initiative addressing the shared challenges of the border region of Galati, Romania, and Cahul, Moldova, focusing on enhancing administrative capacities and fostering sustainable cross-border cooperation. The project aims to empower local authorities and stakeholders in the Lower Prut region through comprehensive training, resource center development, a Joint Action Plan, and improved cross-border collaboration facilitated by study visits and joint events.

Description:
The IMPACT+ project aims to enhance the resilience of small communities in the Black Sea Region against emergencies caused by natural and man-made disasters. By fostering cross-border cooperation and developing innovative solutions, the project contributes to risk prevention, climate change adaptation, and improving the response capacities of rural communities.

EcoYOU is a project funded under the NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, co-financed by the European Union, and coordinated by the Agency for Cross-Border Cooperation and European Integration (Cahul, Republic of Moldova). The project aims to promote joint awareness and ecological education initiatives by engaging youth and communities in the Black Sea Basin countries in combating pollution, especially microplastics.

The main goal of the project is to stimulate the development of historic cross-border ecological tourism in the Black Sea Basin by promoting know-how in heritage protection, climate adaptation technologies in historic and protected buildings and facilitating the transfer of innovative solutions and businesses between countries.

General objective:

The main objective of CSSC LAB is to accelerate the up-take of energy storage & sector coupling solutions in different urban environments across the Danube region, particularly in the large number of medium-sized and smaller cities in the Danube area.

Project descriprion:
The BeECO (Joint actions for environmental protection in Black Sea Basin ) project derives from the shared idea within the project consortium that common education, awareness and river clean-up campaigns to reduce river and marine litter are extremely beneficial for environmental protection in the Black Sea. Public awareness and education regarding river and marine litter problems is identified as a common issue in the Black Sea countries and BeECO project is ambitious to provide opportunities for innovative and unconventional solutions.

Project presentation: The project will contribute to the awareness of the potential of young social entrepreneurs by developing their capacity and by creating a favourable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship in Romania, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. During the 34 months of implementation, February 2020 – November 2022, the Foundation “Alături de Voi”, Romania, together with the 4 partners will carry out information, promotion, counselling and advocacy activities to achieve the purpose and objectives of the project.
